FAQ.
What size pups do you take?+
Small to medium dogs only — generally under 25 lbs. We can chat about borderline cases. Bigger breeds need more space than we can give right now.
How many dogs are staying at the same time?+
Maximum 3 at once, including any of our own. Smaller groups mean fewer scuffles, less stress, and more individual attention.
Do you require vaccinations?+
Yes — Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella (kennel cough) must be current. You can upload proof in your dashboard after signing up.
What about food and meds?+
Bring their usual food in labelled portions. Medications? Just write down dose + timing and we've got it. We won't switch their diet mid-stay.
What's your cancellation policy?+
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in. Within 72 hours, the deposit is non-refundable. Holidays may have stricter terms — we'll always tell you upfront.
Can I visit before booking?+
Absolutely. Most first-time boarders do a free 15-minute meet & greet first to make sure everyone clicks. Reach out to schedule.
